How do you know you have mastitis or clogged ducts?

Your boob will become rock hard and extremely painful and swollen. It will be very hot to the touch and red.

With mastitis you will also feel like a zombie. Flu like symptoms. Fever. Fatigue. Headache and light-headedness

It's not too painful. Just my right side is red on top. I took a shower to try & help but it did nothing. What're some home remedies you recommend? @mamesey

@masonjim, it might not be mastitis then. Mastitis is incredibly painful. But still go to the doctor. Cold Cabbage leaves and different recipe remedies I can't remember. Look online for natural remedies 💕
