In the church lobby during bible study on all fours trying to catch my breath. Feeling a lot of pressure. Not gonna make a scene unless I absolutely have to.

that's how my contractions were with my first just uncomfortable but as I progressed thru out labor I was in some pain like @deafmama16 said time them it will help

I don't think it is pain. Just really uncomfortable. Whenever I change positions I feel a lot better so being on all fours is working for me right now. But no pain. @deafmama16
My ob told me that if you have a hard time breathing and can't talk with increasing pain go in L&D @tomoiee95

contractions are the tightening of your stomach or period like cramps..their really uncomfortable @tomoiee95
