My SOs dad has been in town and gave him a talking to because he wanted to sleep on base so he could get some sleep and his dad quick turned that around.. But now he's home and passed out within 20 minutes and I'm here having taken care of the twins all day by myself getting no help still.. Because you know.. His sleep is more important..

Wake him up and ask for help? Maybe he thinks he deserves it because he works but let him know taking care of newborn TWINS by yourself is more draining than what he does.

@maya.rose, I have tried waking him up.. He's just complaining about being tired and falls back to sleep.

I'd throw water on him and say you helped make these babies you are going to help care for them you don't think I'm tired shoot I'd kill for some sleep. I went throughout that with my husband
