My old apartment most of my utilities were includes even heat so my electricity was very cheap around $30-$40 a month. Well the apartment I live in now is a lot nicer and has more amenities but everything is electric. Now my electric bill is between $160-$260 being more toward $260 in the winter due to the heat. 😩😩😩😩😩 the price you pay for a nicer place. But lesson learned being our second place to ever rented now we know next place make sure it's gas heating and has stove

Same!!! Everything in the rental I live in is electric so summers/winters the bills are crazy high ! I do a level plan with my company you should check that out if they offer, it will be a base price the same throughout the year instead of 90 some months and 300 others.

@bria, I'm so glad I'm on the first floor it's so cool in my apartment so I haven't used to air in a month. But yeah I signed up for a program today it's allowing me to pay $100 a month now

Call your company and ask about your providers sometimes that's what makes the price so high 😁 we're never home and a few months ago our bill was nearly $300 it turned out I had a second provider for green energy power that was making my bill triple of the price

@amaperalta03, lucky ! My apartment is like a sauna when it's hot 😑. And yeah I'm on a program where we pay $125 monthly ... Next rental heat and hot water INCLUDED! Lol
