He started drooling a ton, constantly chewing and sucking on his hands, way more fussy, had a low fever and when I rubbed his gums with my finger he loved it and when I stopped he would cry.

My son is already teething and he just turned three months yesterday

They can start at anytime. My son started before he was 3 months and just got two teeth at 7 months old.
