So last night I got super dizzy to where I almost kept falling to the floor. I was dizzy all night and it felt like the room was spinning, more so when I closed my eyes and moved my head. I've been dizzy all morning and now. I've been drinking lots of water and I've taken my iron pills that my doctor gave me. Should I call my doctor or does anybody know if this is a normal pregnancy symptom?

I would call your blood pressure could be acting up you might need to be seen if the dizziness hasn't gone away

@mdomke22, I called and the lady on the phone said she was sending me to labor & deliver to have them evaluate me and then she hung up. I'm really confused. Not sure if that means I need to go in or if she was just going to have them call me.

I think she means to go in. Ino I would if it was lasting that long

I would get dizzy spells but it wouldn't last more then 5 minutes usually
