So starting to have second thoughts on having another csection. Since I'm not dialated as of yesterday, but she said his head is low and was able to feel it. How can I get these contractions to start dialation?

So my sister inserted the primerose oil pills up her vagina and they worked!!! She instantly started to have contractions lol she's now 2cm dialated. Hopefully her contractions continue

This may be dumb questions, but when are you supposed to start dialating? What are reasons you would have to be induced?
