I'm only 4 weeks and I feel like I've had a wild ride so far... As far as pain, I've had right rib pain like a pulled muscle which I google and it indicated gallstones but everytime I pass gas I feel better .. Well mid day yesterday this pain traveled down to my right lower back side. It was pretty intense. My cramps so far have been noticeable but I haven't thought twice about taking pain medicine. They were not that bad. But whatever was gonna on with my lower back was so uncomfortable and aching. I couldn't sleep and had to take Tylenol .. Which I'm perfectly fine now thank god. I do plan telling the doctor Monday.. Just wondering opinions? I'm so scared. My instincts tell me my baby is fine and dandy but that pain was so different and alarming. No blood of course
