af due in 5 days had some spotting today could this be implantation I'm very regular every 28 days but have cramping too???

oh I really hope so I've got cramps in my lower abdomen but don't feel like I'm going to take my af yet just have to wait it out and see thx xx

could be @judy86. I felt my implantation this time, I've never felt it before. felt like someone was pulling down on my uterus for 2 days, a bit different to period cramps. x
