so if I get up to fast or turn to fast or something, I get this weird cramp in my side. like right where my ovaries are & it happens on either side. it's weird. idk if I should worry about it or not. it only happens for like 10 seconds and goes away

lol yes mam! nothing to worry about. when u sneeze it will cramp up too!
