2 months PP ! Why am I still so damn constipated !! I only go every 4-5 days

@momi2b4, Yes I actually am drinking 2 liters a day but still doing rock hard

this happen to me! like tmi I was doing hard rock poop that it will stay stuck back there. my Dr prescribe me some stool softer pills and Gave me something else. u should call your dr.

I read this wrong and thought you said 4-5 times a day. 😂and I'm like mama you're good! but re read and of course got it right. this was me tho in the beginning too.

no idea why even after it's 2 months for you it's still happening 😶

@momi2b4, @mamaash Some days I'll take a laxative and that's the only way I'll go, but I obviously don't wanna rely on laxative

yeah you definitely don't. talk to your doctor

@jenny_20, yeah just call your Dr tomorrow I'm sure they will just write u up a prescription. or try over the counter stool softner
