I need something I feel so blah lol seriously since my c section I feel flabby and it's not right my last c section I didn't feel this way also I need something to help with some support maybe idk @misslovalots what exactly do they do
With my first pregnancy I ended having a csection and they wrapped me the next day after surgery. I'm not sure if it's a kiaser thing. But now I'm in Arizona and I already requested a binder. It's kinda like a waist slimmer but bigger and more secure and helps with holding your tummy back in place, and back support.

Hmm I didn't get that option I am already home I am just waiting to heal now and then I'm gonna start doing some exercises @misslovalots
