Opinions?! Who usually throws a baby shower?? Womans parents? Husbands? Friends? ETC

I'm throwing my own because I want everything to turn out perfect and my way of course lol but usually it can your in laws, parents, friends or your husband

My mother in law threw mine, and I threw two of my best friends.

My sister in law threw me one and my mom is planning to throw me one too!
