36 weeks and dilated to a 1! Should I go for long walks and stuff or just stay put for now???

I wouldn't do anything too crazy, just cause it'll cause more pain and babies only come when they want, haha. I did everything possible to make my daughter come and I still ended up being induced, so you just gotta be patient, unfortunately. And take this time to rest as much as possible and get some last minute things done, you never know when baby is going to come! 🤗

there is no way somebody can be dilated to an 8 since 2 months pregnant, the baby's head is what dialates you and it two months the baby is nowhere near big enough. I was dilated to a 1 for 3 weeks and then I was dilated to a 2 for a week and a half and from there it went pretty fast. at hospital will keep you if you are more than 4.

Just on short walks. Nothing exhausted, because if you do start labor, you don't wanna be tired and in even more pain. But, be aware that a lot of walking can cause false labor contractions. Good luck!

My ex best freind was dilated to an 8 since 2 months pregneat & was still overdue
