there's special ones for baby's. I'm not sure if they only have them for hoops or for the studs too. its like a lock on the back.

I've gone through like 10 pairs of earrings with my daughter cause she always pulls them out. I recently bought kid hoops from a mall kiosk and they never ever come off no matter how hard she pulls
