I cramped a little later after I got my positive but not before I just countdown the days to my next period because I had a period for 3 months while pregnant and I didn't know at the time until I finally got my positive. Back pain came for me and it was awful close to my 2nd trimester

No.. Never had back issues. You may want to see a doctor. I've never heard of back swelling as a symptom.
