I just lost control of my anger when my 4 year old shit his pants for the 6th time. Which caused my SO and I to get in a huge fight because I overreacted. But between the horomones and not being able to get my 4 year old to even poop on the potty at all im really frustrated. Yes i feel bad for losing my temper about it and maybe I need to put my patient panties on (which i had on the first few times it happened) but im just so frustrated and he made me feel like such a pos mother for reacting the way i did but ive tried everything. he pees on the potty just fine he just wont poop. and he poops his pants once a day now and its really freaking gross.

he doesnt like chocolate. Ive tried reward systems but he wont even sit on the toilet to poop. @theinkedmommy

motherhood is very challenging at times, we all lose our tempers on occasion. There's no such thing as a perfect mother or child, always remember that. Don't beat yourself up and you can't change the past but you can move forward and better yourself. Learn from your mistakes and move on. (something that took me a long time to learn) kids are going to do things to test your patience, believe me this won't be the last time. Try giving him stickers when he goes without pottying on himself and make it very clear to him that it's not ok or sanitary to defecate himself ever. Don't shame but make it clear that you don't like that and it's very yucky. I remember eating boogers when I was little (😷) and my mom told me that I would get worms in my tummy from doing that and it freaked me out so I stopped lol. 😂 that set me straight

I lost my temper last night with my daughter for not eating dinner for the 3rd night in a row, all because it had corn in it....It happens :(
