My doctor wants to do a membrane sweep on my next appointment, which is Friday, has anyone else had one done so early? I'm a first time mom, and my doctor didn't tell me it was to try to induce labor.

ya I heard they do that to induced labor

Normally they don't until 38-39 weeks most of the time it does induce labor
