I've been experiencing upper back pain for a few days now, it's on the left side, like a bit under my shoulder blade. My boyfriend tried giving me a massage and somehow made it worse. I tried putting on some icy hot and just gave me temporary relief, and today I took Tylenol and it didn't help at all. It hurts every time I turn or bend and I just wanna sit around all day because it's so tender. I'm wondering if any of you have experienced this and or have suggestions for how to cure it?
