I really hate when other moms say this things like this..
"My kids started walking when they were like 2 months (exaggerating) why hasn't yours?" or older ladies say things like "oh you don't even know, just wait til you have 10 kids (exaggerating again) to really know what it's like" or things like "I started feeding my baby "this" when he was 5 months he'll be okay, why you worry so much about what he eats"
Like OKAY! I wasn't born being a mother neither did you, I bet you didn't know anything either at first and did you liked someone else coming and telling you how to raise your kid? did I asked or seem concerned about why my kid isn't really walking yet? he's not even 1 and if the doctor thinks there is nothing wrong then THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. or would you like me to ask him why doesn't he feel like walking? is that it???
Or why is it sooo wrong that I try to avoid certain foods to feed my son?, because if I feed him whatever I want, then people would start to say I don't know how to be a mom.. so what is the deal??!
why do other moms just feel like it's okay to tell other young mothers how to do their job. I don't think I need to be a mother of 15 kids in other to become a "real mother who knows things".
There is always a way of saying things you can always find the right way to give your opinion on something IF ASKED.
am I the only one who feels like this?

I felt this way in the beginning too but it happens so often that I got used to it. If you think of it this way: you can't control others. And you're going to be a mom for the rest of your life so stupid comments are bound to come your way. Might as well just shrug it off

Amen 🙏 my whole family thinks they were born raising kids and ALWAYS telling me what's best for them. Like no. Sit down. My child and I will do as I please. If it's wrong I will learn and correct it on my own. I don't need your stupid opinion on what I should and shouldn't do ✋

my MIL acts as if she knows everything about babies and is telling me and my SIL how to raise ours. The last kid she had was 22 years ago, I think I'll go to somebody who is freshly experienced for advice if I need it.

thats true @sanjosefoodblog with time you just learn how to live with it, it's like it doesn't matter what we do we will always be wrong just because it's our first time.. But like @alekismyworld said if it's wrong then we'll learn from it, but no!! they want to come and judge like if we asked for

No you are not.. I have 2 kids with one on the way in a few days and each one I have learned something completely new or learned how to handle the situation better... don't feel bad parenting is learning
