Pants that are loose around the waist, when I packed for the hospital I didn't know I was having a c section. I was so thankful I had those pants in my bag lol. Also they give you mesh underwear, they were comfy for me, but some don't like them. So maybe some bigger size underwear, I got some cheap pairs of Hanes from target.
