They didn't say anything because it's okay to eat for the 1 hr and some doctors give you the drink once you get there. You could just call them and ask

I took my test at 28 weeks.

I told my Dr I wanna wait as long as possible bc just in case I do have it it's less time having to poke myself

They may have you do it at your next appt. I done mine around 29 weeks. @mommyof2016 @michelle2220 it's not about you, your baby could come out to big & with low blood sugar of you don't catch Gestational diabetes soon enough. You have to protect your baby as well. It increases the chances of you having a c-section, preterm labor, & preeclampsia.

@kbrown91, I already know all that bc I'm part of a huge GD group in facebook and I've done research. my Dr wants me to wait till 28 weeks bc I'm already thing through enough stress and pain with having HG. she doesn't wanna stress me out even more so she said to wait to take it

no it was today :) I just didn't get tto cause I had to go to work and the lab people went to lunch do I'll be doing it in the morning!
