I have a 4 month old baby girl and sometimes I'll have someone hold one in my house and hang in the bathroom for a few minutes to get a break. Does anyone else do that?

It's very important to have a few minutes to yourself. I pass my kids off to anyone who will take them. Now they're old enough that I can tell them "mom needs quiet time" and they'll leave me alone for a while.
