Breastfeeding is actually the best route to take when losing weight. I tend to carry a lot of water weight when I breast feed so I eat a lot of citrus (oranges, lemons, grapefruit etc) to get rid of it. If you eat all of your calories needed before 6 pm and only drink a lot of water after that time you will see a big change in weight. Should be between 1800-2200 calories... You don't have to change everything you eat because that can be pretty hard so just start adding foods with a lot of vitamins to the collection.... As for supplements, nothing out there is safe... Even when you are not breastfeeding, it still isn't good for you.
