I'm in so much pain like it doesn't feel like contractions but then again I never made it this far…

I'm in so much pain like it doesn't feel like contractions but then again I never made it this far with my first son (he was 27 weeks when i had him) I am really uncomfortable, plus im receiving the makena shot ? I read on how its not 99.9 effective on some, ugh what to do what to do what to do , & now i have to go use the restroom (#2) ughhhhhh
