I think my milk supply is slowly going away😔 I pump and feed and nurse when I'm at home , but when I pump it's been decreasing by day, I couldn't even get a whole ounce today with both combined, and then I got 3 ounces earlier, that's for the whole day, she eats 3 ounces every 3 hours😔 so now I'm formula feeding and breast milk feeding 😔

Noooo that's going to make it worse. Just feed on demand. Because she may not be getting her fill she may want to feed more often but the more she feeds the more milk your body will produce. Also try mothers milk tea.
