21 is the youngest. I'm getting mine done even though my doctor is hesitant because I'm only gonna be 22 and this is my second kid. but they will if it is your request.
It depends on your doctor I had two kids about time I was 23 and they tell me no I had three kids at 27 they still tell me now I have four kids by 30 and they still told me no ... Now I'm on baby number five let's see what this doctor says
