Crusty yellow bits in nipples: is it ok to keep removing them?
Does anyone else get a tiny bit of crusty yellow in your nipples? I keep removing it but not sure if that's ok? X sorry. A bit yucky x

I get them too, freaky stuff :) very tempting to clean them out, but probably a bad idea :)
