Ive been so depressed, its even a joke. Ive been weak also. Dizzy, tired. Nausea in the morning while i brush my teeth. Hunger omg I'm hungry every 30 minutes. Always wanting pizza or burgers and craving certain candy i haven't ate in years. 🤔 i know i should be grateful I'm pregnant but I'm still really depressed over my twin miscarriage four months ago. Im still in disbelief that i am pregnant again. Im so sad I'm not even trying to keep myself and the baby healthy. Im just laying in bed like i shouldn't even get attached, i know ill miscarry again. What can i do? What should i do to wake me up! Snap out of it roxy!!! You're pregnant and this baby is gonna make it!!! Someone help. Ive lost already 3 pregnancy, 4 babies. Im just so depressed i cant even be happy about this...

I had 3 miscarriages in a year before my little dude. Just take it one day at a time. Breath and try to relax. If it's meant to be it will happen for you.

have you talked to your doctor about taking progesterone... that's how a lot of ladies get help to not miscarry... but you have to try and stay positive.. I know it's hard..trust me..I went through some really rough times through this pregnancy and have lost weight instead of gained because I would stay in my room crying and never eating.. you have to try and stay positive..keep praying .. read the Bible..and God will help you get through this... make the best out of every pregnancy.. don't think about what could happen..think about what's happening at the moment..and at the moment you are pregnant with a beautiful baby!

I lost my baby at 22 weeks, had to have her cremated. It wad awful. 2 months later I was pregnant again. I've had a few issues with this pregnancy but my baby is fine. I worried at first but I realize that God always has a plan and that ALL things work together for our good, even when we don't understand
