very worried about my maternity pay as I'm officially on maternity leave now, but I haven't sent the maternity form off yet, as I need to get 13 weeks worth of wage slips off two different jobs, that I quit in a bad way, and I have no idea how to get my wage slips 😣😣

I only had to send off pay slips for one job (main wage) they wouldn't accept 2 jobs. Silly really as it reduces the amount of maternity allowance. But best to send it off as soon as you can because it can take about a month to sort out. But they will back date it for you (: xx

you can use any wage in the 13 weeks can't you? just I don't have a job that's latest that long that's in my test period @stacey804 xx

Mine had to be from my main employer, the higher wage income. Did you have different employers for 13 weeks? I got paid monthly so had to send off 4 pays slips. Xx
