So I just seen a video on Facebook about a mom blasting her 13 year old daughter because she was posting pics in her bra and laced panties saying she was 19 when she's really 13. Pause my problem is how can parents embarrass, manipulate and blast their kids on social media so that the whole world can see like I don't condone that type of what ppl call "punishment". Now what if that little girl was to kill herself because her mom blasted her and embarrassed her all over the internet that shit ain't cool parents need to know not all disciplines are good ones especially if it can cost a life. 💯💯💯

She made the video for her daughters Facebook to show the older men that she was in fact way underage. I don't approve but if it works for her family then that's what's important. My sister did the same crap when she was 12 and said she was 18. Getting grounded, spanked, phone disconnected didn't help. She still snuck out whenever she wanted to. Maybe this would have embarrassed her enough to act right.

Yes I understand the concept in to why she did it that way but there's other ways to deliver a message without actually blasting a child

i am fostering a 14 year old and nothing works except things that embarrass him. this past week he was talking about doing drugs and lied to our face multiple times. we have tried grounding, taking his phone, giving him more chores. he is to old for spanking. so what do we do? u dont know the whole situation. what we ended up doing was tooking all his clothes away. all he has to wear is a red shirt and ugly sweat pants. If my daughter was doing that and that was the only option left then i wouod do it. you dont know how hard it is until u r in the situation.

The way this generation act nowadays it's seem to be the only method since they want to act like they are grown and disrespect their parents including themselves. The parents is trying their best to protect their child in situations like this because they rather bash and embarrass them than having to to bury them when someone kidnapped them and do something bad. Our love as a parents for our child is meaning that we take any action to protect our child from the cruel world.

Yea there are other ways but it depends on the child itself and how rebellious they are. I don't agree with humiliation but I be damn for someone to take advantage and hurt my baby in anyway because I didn't give him or her that tough love he or she deserved. I be damned to bury my own child because I didn't step in further. I do anything to protect my child from these nasty perverts out here @daedaee93
