When I call doctor they said oh if not bleeding or oozing out then ur fine....
How does this make sense I'm scared it's gunna bust open more and start bleeding

It looks like it's healing. Not opened yet. Take it easy though, and use a heating pad. Try not to lift anything but baby, and even then try have lift baby only when you need too.

It helps speed up the healing process by making blood pass through that area faster. It promotes healing. It helped me sooo much!
