What kind of foods do you feed your 7 month olds my sons wic got cut down to 7 cans of formula and im trying to cut him down cause he drinks alot of formula i need to find something he can eat like for a lunch instead of formula something hell get full on??

lol sounds about right my nephew would grab the food off his spoon & smash it between his fingers.
Yea he likes one of the pouches mango an pears its hard feeding him with a spoon he tries to kick it or grab it
id try out different things mashed you could also do baby foods of course.
Lol yea my son has 2 bottom teeth now its difficult trying to find something that he would like
around that time we were feeding my nephew soft foods like mashed bananas, mashed potatoes, mashed peas, pretty much everything mashed. he LOVED it.
