well after a whole month of not bleeding me and my fiance had sex last night and now i am bleeding. it started out a really light pink last night and by the time i went to the bathroom this morning i had to use a panty liner which eventually lead to me having to use super plus tampons. i was cramping really bad too this morning and now i dont feel it. i dont know what to think or do.

It's probably from your uterine lining just building up really thick... I didn't have a period for a year, occasional spotting but no actual flow and when it finally started I lost so much blood my stomach was cramping so badly that I ended up throwing up because I was losing a lot and the pain was unbearable. Had to lay in a ball and sleep all day just to make it feel a little better... I hope you feel better soon. @mistikate1994
