there is a medicine your dr can prescribe for you mine prescribed it for me once I got out of the first trimester I can't remember the name though you should talk to your dr

I had them bad, like 12 hours straight for days. I'm against taking any medication while pregnant, so I did hot and cold compresses on my head and neck, green tea, and hot showers.

@ehq what does Canada have to do with anything? @mommy_of_twins Aleve and Excedrin aren't safe during pregnancy period. To many risk, ask your doctor... I see a neurologist behind migraines and was NEVER told to take those meds I was advised against it.

ask ur ob they gave me meds but try Tylenol & a real coke in the red can the caffeine helps hopefully Ull feel better soon

you can't take Aleve nor Excedrin while pregnant. You can Only take Tylenol for that type of issue. Speak to your ob.
