It could have very well been from sex! Happened to me 2 weeks ago. Wiped twice and the paper was tinted pink! Then nothing! No cramping or anything! My dr told me if it came back, got worse, I had decreased fetal movement, or headaches or cramping to go to L&D to get checked out!

Have you had sex recently? Could just be your cervix is irritated! If you're really concerned, call your doctor :)
