just a word of advice, when or if they ask you to use the peanut to put between your legs to help open your hips up, just keep it there till you swear your baby is coming out of you lol. they told me to try and keep it for 15 minutes and it would shorten the time I had to push. I kept that sucker there for 45 minutes and this being my first baby I only pushed for 30 minutes.

yay!! I went from 5 to 8 in a hour when they broke mine. then stared pushing 30 minutes later.
