roaches, bed bugs, and a rodent have now been found in my apartment. been dealing with roaches since the snow melted and the bed bugs started about a month ago but my mom thought they were ticks. flying ants. and tonight a mouse scurried across my kitchen floor in front of my bare feet!!!! this is my first apartment in my adult life. I've lived in single homes my entire life and we NEVER had roaches or bed bugs. one time a mouse got in. but we had an overgrown yard. I'm gonna end up breaking this lease because this is ridiculous. they've had to come treat the apartment for the roaches three times and my child won't be coming home to this!

Be aware that if you move, and you have bed bugs, they will travel with you. You need to have that treated before you leave, and the only real effective way, is a heat treatment

I've only seen a few. flat ones downstairs in the living room and a few in the bedroom full of blood. @rachel8792 but this was not an issue until about a.month ago.

Honestly if they are coming out to where you see them, then they are just building up. Check your mattresses, and the box spring in all corners. If you see black spots then they are there
My neighbor had them, and caused the downstairs manager, and the two side units (mine included) to start getting them. They had barely started in our apartment apparently, and after a heat treatment to our unit, we were cleared, and havent had any problems. The neighbors moved out thank goodness, and we have lived bug free since then

I had all of the same bugs when I had my second daughter. I called the health department and found out the entire building was infested. People in the building were picking things out of the garbage that was infested and brought it into their apartments. I ended up with a staff infection and nothing because I had to throw everything away.
