I'm having like really bad period cramps but I dunno if I should go to l&d I don't want to only be experiencing BH and get sent home 😭

I honestly haven't gone. I get all sorts of pain throughout the day but they're not consistent try one of those contraction apps see if that helps you monitor them

Drink some water and wait for about 30 minutes to an hour if they dont go away I would go in @tara01
