Went to Walmart for some tissue and ended up in the baby section got to the counter my total was 150$. WTF I went in there for tissue o well

Went to the toilet this morning and on the tissues was what I can only describe as a massive lump of snot???
Just been to the toilet & when I wiped there as a little blood on the tissue paper 🙁 HELP!
So I went to the bathroom to pee and wiped and saw brownish/reddish looking color on the tissue, what does that mean ?
