I take Excedrin tension headache for mine. it's acetaminophen and caffiene... so it's safe

very cold water bottle on neck..drink more water..and get some rest

Mine typically go away after about 20 min of taking the excedrine. I constantly have headaches or migraines during pregnancy though..
