I don't know what to do. Today has been miserable. I feel so drained and sluggish @michelle52129 and idk where this swimming nauseous feeling is coming from. Like it doesn't hurt it's just heavy I guess 😖😞😢

Try peppermints. My OB told me ginger ale doesn't work because it doesn't have real ginger in it. But I tried peppermints and they worked for me.
