feeling emotional about having to leave my job when baby comes. I've been there 7 years and the pay is amazing, but the schedule is very hectic and non traditional. I need to start looking for something that's more along the lines of Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and weekends off..because having 3 kids makes me not as flexible. the younger two have to go to daycare so I need to work within their time frame. and almost all daycare centers close around 630pm . I hate having to worry about who is going to watch my kids on the weekends and bouncing them around from place to place and sometimes even have to split them up
