I've had same crap going on for two weeks, Dr recommended benadryl or mucinex sinus

today is day three. day one was worse, I was outside all day. I've always had horrible sinuses and would get sinus headaches... but since yesterday it's been just on the left side, it'll go a way then come back @mamabear071116

Oh well if it's sinus you would be congested. I have terrible sinuses and I use that and just plain nasal spray (water basically) and it helps a lot. Are you sure it's sinus? It could be hormones. Have you tried a coke and Tylenol? I use to get hormone headaches for days that comes and goes and then I did that and it helped a lot

not necessarily. I've been getting sinus headaches for years, sudafed usually work. I use to be congested a lot when I was younger. it's just a lot of pressure in my sinuses @edomke

Sudafed people works best. trust me. it will all go away....
