My milk supply is low, I can't pump fast enough not have enough to feed him at the rate he's going. I think we might have to implement formula and I'm actually very upset about this!

eat oatmeal and look up lactate cookies or smoothies that'll help your supply to increase

Because I use to fill 1 1/2 4oz bottles every 2 1/2 hours and I can barely pump half a bottle and my boob feel like normal like pre-preggo @suddymaya I just placed an order for lactation cookies! @victoriaaaron12 and I'm buying milk tea today i spent 10 mins looking up which one to get @ahauge6

I'm absolutely determine to pump and breast feed him, I want nothing to do with formula is I don't have to! I'm going to try the mothers milk tea first, going out today to get some...going to be drinking it religiously @ahauge6

this is a smoothie recipe to help increase your supply it does have penutbutter tho
