Trying to find advice articles online about working full time with a new baby, and I can only find…

Very interesting ..... Where I'm from we only get 3 months maternity leave anything else is without pay and or you need to get a new job. But unless you have a relative to take care of baby, most time you have no choice but to use a daycare.

@shearn20, got to be difficult. I just went back this week after being home for 51/2 months and it was hard and couldn't imagine going back sooner.

You're lucky. I get not maternity leave, I've been without work and without income. I need to return to work as soon as I'm healed. @j9

I have no choice in the matter, I don't have the luxury of paid leave. @nurseriri

my old manager told me she went back to work the same week she had her baby because she was broke..

@shearn20, you've got to do what you got to survive. So once you believe you can manage, go for it.

if my daughter wasn't a preemie I was staying out nomore than 3 weeks but unfortunately I can't work for 2 more months & i stopped working in march. one thing she was scared about was her relationship with her son. but he's 8 and they have a awesome relationship esp with it being just those 2.

what helps me is a set schedule! that way I can sleep when baby sleeps and she doesn't wake up in between feedings and if she does she just lays there staring at me lol

@shearn20, I read everything online but Ethan does what Ethan wants and I just go with his lead.

I tried sleeping when he does but it's hard cause there's always something to be done n when he's awake he gets my attention 100%
