I also married a Hispanic man, and his last name took me forever to pronounce.. 9 yrs of marriage and no one can say either of my names.. lol

I do that constantly. I had a trainer at my prior job pronounce my name wrong entire 3 months of training. last day of training she found out she was pronouncing it wrong and felt horrible. I don't even. notice anymore when it's pronounced wrong.

@littlemissc, that's so crazy my name is so simple my first name is "Marisel" and they'll pronounce it "marisol" or "Mar-Cell" I'm like wth really it's not that hard! Lol

mines kyrie. I've gotten k-i-ree, curry, Karrie.. so it's a little hard it's actually K-ear-ee
