For the past 2 days I've been waking up with my stomach hurting and cramping and when I stand up its horrible! What could it be? Maybe the baby positioning head down? Or BH?

i felt like i was sleepin on my belly all night but i was on my side. it hurts everytime i get up. like my skin hurts and its crampy. but i guess the baby is layin there and thats what causes it.
