Okay I've been wanting to post all day! So went to my 2 week appt today and now have to do every week bc they are concerned about the amniotic fluid, so doc wants me on a NST till I deliver. Smh, I thought I had another couple weeks before that happened 😑. Any who, I also discussed my birth plan with her and pretty much had the articles to back up eating a lite snack during labor. She is against it, but we discussed it and she agreed to read and come up with a compromise. We'll discuss it next week! Happy that she is looking at the research instead of just saying "no". I'm not afraid to seek the care I'm looking for!

I always throw up during labor so I try not to eat a lot

@babes101116, It still could happen, but when your laboring for hours you need your nutrients to help you out!

Too much fluid or too less

too much, by 2cm is all. I was told they worry if too less, or extremely over like 10-15cm. You would think with all the fuss it was not enough.

@expectingz, I was told I had too much too .., then with the last scan it went down. Just a little. But like you said they only panic if it's 10-25.
