Is the last month in pregnancy supposed to be painful? I keep having contractions then they go away and feel a lot of pressure down there

I'm July 10 as well. Went to my last nurse visit and they told me if you get 6 braxton hicks in an hour you should probably call the doctor or go in.

I feel that already and I'm only 30 weeks, I'm super tiny and petite so I don't know if my body can last 10 more weeks 😩
